Removal





1. Remove the grille fasteners and the grille.





2. Remove the inner grille air deflector.





3. Push the lower air deflector down past the transmission fluid cooler.





4. Disconnect the transmission fluid cooler hoses.
^ Remove and discard the transmission fluid cooler hose clamps.





5. Remove the upper transmission fluid cooler bolt.





6. Remove the lower transmission fluid cooler bolts and lift out the cooler.

Installation





1. Install the transmission fluid cooler and lower bolts.
^ Tighten to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).





2. Install the upper transmission fluid cooler bolt.
^ Tighten to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).





3. Using new hose clamps, install the transmission fluid cooler hoses.





4. Push the lower air deflector back into place.





5. Install the inner grille air deflector.





6. Install the grille and install the fasteners.
7. Fill and check the transmission fluid.
