Normal Operation
When the headlamp switch is in the PARK or HEAD position, it sends a voltage signal to the instrument cluster through circuit 14 (BN). If the instrument cluster detects that the key is in the OFF or ACC position, the driver door is ajar, and receives the headlamp switch signal, the headlamp on warning chime sounds.
Possible Causes
- circuit 14 (BN) open or short to voltage
- instrument cluster
