Oil Pan - Upper

Removal
1. Remove the lower oil pan.





2. Remove the bolts and the upper oil pan.
^ Remove and discard the press-in-place gasket. Clean and inspect the sealing surfaces.

Installation





1. NOTE: Install a new press-in-place gasket.

Install the upper oil pan and tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.
^ Tighten to 13 Nm (10 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the lower oil pan.
