Front Seat Cushion - Captain's Chair and 40 Percent

FRONT SEAT CUSHION - CAPTAIN'S CHAIR AND 40 PERCENT

Disassembly and Assembly
1. Remove the seat cushion.







2. Remove the bolt.







3. WARNING: The metal edges of seat cushion pan can be sharp.

Unclip the J-clips.







4. Position the upholstery and remove the pin-type retainers.
5. Remove the seat cushion foam pad from the frame.

6. CAUTION: Use care when separating the seat cushion trim cover from the hook-and-loop strip, or the hook-and-loop strip can be torn from the seat cushion foam.

Remove the upholstery hook-and-loop strip.

7. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
