Fuel Filler Hose: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Remove the fuel tank filler cap.







2. Remove the screws.







3. Disconnect the fuel filler hose from the fuel tank.







4. Disconnect the fuel tank vent hose from the dust separator.







5. Disconnect the differential vent hose.







6. Disconnect the lower fuel filler hose from the fuel filler intermediate tube and remove the hose.







7. Disconnect the upper fuel filler hose from the fuel filler tube.
1 Remove the tie strap.
2 Disconnect the fuel filler hose and remove the upper fuel filler tube.







8. Disconnect the upper fuel filler hose from the fuel filler intermediate tube and remove the hose.







9. Remove the tie straps, the bolts, and the fuel filler intermediate tube.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
