High Pressure Safety Valve HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Recover the refrigerant.







2. Remove the A/C pressure relief valve.
- Discard the O-ring seal.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install a new O-ring lubricated in PAG oil or equivalent.

2. Evacuate, charge and leak test the refrigerant system.
