1. Verify the customer concern.

- 13 (30A) (early production)
- 13 (40A) (late production)
- 20 (30A)
- 27 (20A)
- Central junction box (CJB) fuse 25 (5A)
- Circuity
- Relay(s)
- Bulb(s)

2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.
3. Make sure the exterior lighting system is operating correctly. If not, refer to the appropriate pinpoint test.
4. If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
