Removal and Installation

1. Partially drain the cooling system. Service and Repair






2. Remove the bolts and the accelerator control splash shield.

3. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube. Air Cleaner Housing






4. Remove the upper radiator hose.
1. Remove the bolt.
2. Disconnect the hose clamp.
3. Position the hose aside.






5. Remove the bolts water outlet adapter and thermostat.
^ Inspect the 0-ring seal. Install a new 0-ring seal if necessary.
6. To install reverse the removal procedure.
