LABOR ALLOWANCES

PARTS REQUIREMENTS

To obtain labels call the Recall Hotline at 1-800-325-5621.

When you call:

^ Inform the operator you are calling in regard to Special Field Action 00L05

^ Provide the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

^ Provide the engine size information

^ The correct labels with alcohol wipes will be shipped to your dealership
