Braking Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

Brake Pedal To Power Brake Booster Push Rod:

1. Disconnect the brake pedal to power brake booster push rod.
2. Remove self-locking pin.
3. Remove the stoplight switch. Separate (A) stoplight switch from (B) brake master cylinder push rod.
4. Remove the brake master cylinder push rod spacer.
5. Remove the brake master cylinder push rod bushing.
6. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
