B - Parking Brake Will Not Release

B1 CHECK THE PARKING BRAKE CABLE

^ Disconnect the parking brake cable at the parking brake lever.

Does the parking brake release?

> Yes
Repair the binding condition in the parking brake cable or parking brake control.

> No
Repair the binding condition in the parking brake components of the drum brake system.
