Four Wheel Anti-Lock Brake System (4WABS)

P2 CHECK FOR AN ERRATIC WHEEL SPEED SIGNAL

- Clear all DTCs.

- Monitor the wheel speeds while driving at various speeds.

NOTE: When using the NGS to monitor the wheel speed signals, monitor one wheel at a time. The information is recorded faster and the likelihood of diagnosing the faulty signal is greater.

Does one wheel speed signal drop out while driving or braking?

> Yes
Perform the Brake Anti-Lock Sensor Diagnosis (Dynamic) Pinpoint Test for the affected wheel. Diagnostic Trouble Code Descriptions

> No
Repeat the monitoring of the wheel speeds. Intermittent signals may not be recorded the first time. Inspect the sensor indicators and sensor wiring for damage. Replace the Electronic Hydraulic Control Unit (EHCU). Repeat the System Pre-Check. Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)
