M4 CHECK FOR A SHORT TO GROUND IN THE REAR BRAKE ANTI-LOCK SENSOR CIRCUIT

Anti-lock Electronic Control Module:

- Measure the resistance between the anti-lock electronic control module connector pin 3 circuit 519 (LG/BK) and pin 10 circuit 523 (R/PK) and chassis ground.

Is the resistance between both pins and ground 10,000 ohms or greater?

> Yes
Replace the anti-lock electronic control module. Repeat the system pre-check.

> No
Repair the short to ground in circuit 523 (R/PK) or 519 (LG/BK). Repeat the system pre-check.
