- Key "OFF."

- Install the EEC IV 60-Pin Breakout Box.

- Measure the resistance between breakout box pins 9 and 21.

Is the resistance less than 100k ohms in either circuit?

> Yes
Repair circuit 519 (LG/BK) or circuit 523 (R/PK). J9
