Front

The stabilizer bar interconnects the front McPherson struts and is attached to the front suspension cradle.

Jounce and rebound movements affecting one wheel are partially transmitted to the opposite wheel of the vehicle through the stabilizer bar, this helps to minimize the body roll of the vehicle during suspension movement.

Attachment of the stabilizer bar to the front suspension cradle is through 2 rubber-isolator bushings and bushing retainers. The stabilizer bar to strut attachment is done utilizing rubber isolated stabilizer bar attaching links. All parts of the stabilizer bar are serviceable, and the stabilizer bar to front suspension cradle bushings are split for easy removal and installation. The split in the stabilizer bar to front suspension cradle bushings must be positioned toward the front of the vehicle, when the stabilizer bar is installed.
