Intermittent Wiper Relay Check

1. Connect wiper switch electrical connector, then place ignition switch in "ACC" position.
2. Inspect intermittent operation time when wiper switch is turned to "INT". Wipers should operate every 3 seconds for fast operation and every 12 seconds for slow operation.
