Troubleshooting Hints

Speedometer does not operate.
- Auto-cruise control system does not operate.
- Check the vehicle speed sensor
- Check the input and output speed sensor
- Systems other than auto-cruise control do not operate.
- Check the speedometer

Diagnosis of the vehicle speed sensor and circuit, the Chrysler Collision Detection (CCD) data bus, and/or the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) should be performed with a DRB scan tool as described in the proper Diagnostic Procedures.
