Cruise Control Servo: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove actuator, then apply negative pressure to actuator with vacuum pump.

2. Ensure holder moves more than 35 mm and that there is no change in position of holder while negative pressure is maintained.
3. Install actuator, then adjust speed control cable.
