Windshield Washer Nozzle Freeze-Up

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

In low ambient temperatures, the washer nozzles may become inoperative due to moisture freezing in the nozzle.

PARTS REQUIRED:

1 **4805010** Valve, Windshield Washer Check

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

This bulletin involves adding a check valve to the windshield washer system.

1. Locate and remove existing windshield washer hose in-line connector located just in front of the left hand shock tower.




2. Install check valve, **P/N 4805010**, making sure to get the ball end of valve toward the reservoir.

POLICY: Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
