Rear Suspension Squeak
THIS BULLETIN SUPERSEDES TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN 02-07-93 DATED OCT. 1, 1993 WHICH SHOULD BE MARKED IN YOUR FILES. THIS BULLETIN ADDS MODEL YEARS AND REVISED PARTS WHICH ARE HIGHLIGHTED WITH **ASTERISKS**.

**NOTE:
THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES BUILT PRIOR TO AUG. 22, 1994 (MDH 08-22-XX).**
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Audible squeak coming from the rear upper strut mounts.
DIAGNOSIS:
Apply silicone spray to the upper strut mounts. If noise disappears, perform the repair procedure.
PARTS REQUIRED:
2 4601937 Rear Upper Strut Mounts
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves replacing the rear upper strut mounts with revised parts.
**1. Before installing the new mounts, verify that they are the revised mounts by comparing them to the illustration. The revised mounts will have raised rubber extended fingers as illustrated.**
2. Replace the rear upper strut mounts using the proper procedure.
