SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Intermittent or total loss of air conditioning.
DIAGNOSIS:
Check Engine Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) with Mopar Diagnostic System (MDS) or Diagnostic Readout Box (DRB) for the presence of a High Pressure Fault or Low Pressure Fault. If the readings are taken during system malfunction and both high and low pressure fault readings are above 439 PSI, verify readings with a gauge set. If the low pressure reading is validated by a gauge set, the system should be checked for a low charge and refrigerant added as necessary. If readings are not validated by a gauge set, perform the repair procedure.
