Evaporative Emission Control Canister: Service and Repair

EVAP Canister Location:

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
2. Remove vacuum hoses from charcoal canister.
3. Remove EVAP canister mounting bracket bolts.
4. Remove EVAP canister mounting bracket from vehicle.
5. Remove canister mounting nuts.
6. Separate canister from mounting bracket.
7. Reverse procedures for installation.
