Installation

For installation, reverse the above procedures.

^ Assure that the ACM is positioned for installation prior to installing upper I/P.

^ Access A/C control self diagnostic mode to recalibrate actuators and check for diagnostic codes. Refer to service manual.

^ Assure that the drain tube is properly positioned on the unit housing, and through the outlet hole during installation into the vehicle.

^ Refer to service manual for A/C system evacuation and charge.

NOTE:
INSPECT COWL PLENUM SCREEN FOR THE PRESENCE OF A FINE MESH SCREEN. IF NOT EQUIPPED INSTALL THE FINE MESH COWL PLENUM SCREEN, P/N 04756940AB.
