1. Disconnect RFI electrical connector.
2. Remove fan module to radiator clips and fasteners.
3. Remove assembly from radiator, then remove fan blades as follows:
a. Bench support motor and motor shaft.
b. Remove fan retaining clip or nut. Surface or burr removal may be necessary before removing fans from shaft. Do not let fan blades touch bench when removing.
4. Remove motor fasteners from support, then motor from support.
5. Reverse procedure to install noting the following:
a. Torque right fan motor fasteners to 25 inch lbs. and left fan motor fasteners to 45 inch lbs.
b. Torque shroud to radiator fasteners to 45 inch lbs.
