Parking Brake System: Adjustments

1. Release parking brake.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Adjust parking brake cable until there is slack in the cable.
4. Tighten adjusting nut until a slight drag is felt when rotating the rear wheels.
5. Back off adjusting nut two full turns past the point when both rear wheels rotate freely.
6. Inspect parking brake operation.
