DISCUSSION:
Internal circuitry changes were made to the ABS Control Module, P/N 4605700, during the 1995 model year that no longer require a module external ground strap. If replacement of the ABS Control Module becomes necessary, the external ground strap must be removed when installing the current service module, P/N 4759720, or later version. The ground strap connects the ABS Control Module case to the load beam/frame rail.
