Sunroof Rear Trough Removal

NOTE: The numbered call-outs in the following service procedure refer the numbered parts found in the exploded view diagram.

REMOVAL
1. Remove sunroof glass panel.
2. Remove bolt (26) and nut (55) holding trough guide links (2) to rear trough (25).
3. Remove screws (24) holding rear trough to rear shoes (17).
4. Separate rear trough from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Place rear trough in position on vehicle.
2. Install screws to hold trough to rear shoes.
3. Install bolt (26) through glass panel spring (57) to hold trough guide links (2) to rear trough, and install nut (55).
4. Install sunroof glass panel. Make sure it is adjusted correctly. Verify sunroof operation and alignment.
5. Install both mechanism reveal covers (8).
