Verification Test VER-1A - Body

1. Reconnect all previously disconnected components and connectors.
2. If repairs were made to the ATC system, or if the battery or body control module has been disconnected, the ATC doors will need to be recalibrated.
- If so, start the engine and with the DRB (scan tool), recalibrate the ATC doors.
- If not, continue to step 3.
3. Ensure that the ignition is on, and with the DRB (scan tool), erase all diagnostic trouble codes.
4. Turn ignition off and wait 5 seconds.
5. Turn ignition on and fully operate the system that was malfunctioning.
- If the system is operating properly, continue to step 6.
- If not, perform TEST 1A.
6. With the DRB (scan tool), read body control module trouble codes.
- If no codes are present, continue to step 7.
- If any codes are present, repeat TEST 1B.
7. If there are no trouble codes present, and the customer's complaint can no longer be duplicated, the repair is complete.
8. If a module has been replaced, use the DRB (scan tool) and enable or disable programmable features (VTSS, Rolling Door Locks, etc.).
