Diagnostic Notes (Read Before Proceding)


This section includes all the information needed to diagnose Powertrain Control Module (PCM) problems. Included are;

- No Start (NS Tests),

- Diagnostic Trouble Code (TC Tests),

- No Trouble Code (NTC Tests)
,

- Speed Control (SC) System Tests

- Charging System No Code Tests.

The Diagnostic Charts are based on the trouble condition or symptom being present at the time of diagnosis.

Diagnostic procedures change, and new diagnostic systems may be added or enhanced. FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THIS SECTION BEFORE TRYING TO DIAGNOSE A VEHICLE TROUBLE CODE.
