Pump/Motor Circuit Not Working Properly or at All (MARK IVG)
When monitored: At pump/motor drive-off check or when pump/motor has been commanded to be on via CAB.Set condition: The pump/motor is controlled and monitored by the CAB. The CAB turns on the pump/motor by grounding the pump/ motor relay control circuit (pin 3). The CAB monitors the rotation sensor signal (LTCS) or relay output voltage at pin 34 (Mark IVG). If the rotation sensor signal is missing after the CAB has turned on the pump/motor, this code is set.
Possible causes:
> Ground circuit open
> Pump/motor assembly
> Fused B(+) circuit open
> ABS main relay output circuit open
> Pump/motor connector disconnected
> Pump/motor speed sensor (-) circuit open
> Pump/motor speed sensor (+) circuit open
> Fused B(+) circuit shorted to ground
> ABS main relay output circuit shorted to ground
> ABS pump/motor relay output circuit open
> Pump/motor speed sensor (+) circuit shorted to ground
> ABS pump/motor relay control circuit shorted to ground
> Pump/motor speed sensor (-) circuit shorted to B(+) (LTCS only)
> Pump/motor speed sensor (+) circuit shorted to B(+) (LTCS only)
> ABS pump/motor relay output circuit shorted to B(+)
> ABS pump/motor relay output circuit open at CAB pin 34 (Mark IVG)
