Shift Cable Adjustment

1. Place selector lever in Neutral position.
2. Loosen transaxle control cable to manual control cable lever coupling nut to free cable and lever.
3. Place manual control lever in Neutral position.





4. Turn inhibitor switch body to align end of manual control lever to flange of inhibitor switch body, Fig.4.
5. Torque inhibitor switch mounting bolts to 7-8 ft. lbs.





6. Loosen nut shown in Fig.6, and lightly pull end of transaxle control cable in direction F. Torque nut to 8 ft. lbs.
7. Ensure selector lever is in Neutral position.
8. Ensure switch operates properly.
