Motor Runs at Low Speed W/Switch In High Position

Note: Whenever a wiper motor malfunction occurs, ensure wiper motor wire harness is properly connected before starting with normal diagnosis and repair procedures.
1. Check for faulty HI-Lo wiper relay.
2. Using a suitable ohmmeter check for open circuit between terminal C of Hi-LO wiper relay and terminal 18 of body controller J3. If satisfactory check wiper switch. In not satisfactory repair as necessary.
