SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

Some vehicles may experience excessive ignition noise (repetitive popping noise varying with engine speed) in the AM radio band. Vehicles exhibiting this condition should have the following procedure performed.

PARTS REQUIRED:

1 AM Radio Wiring Harness Package 4741000

Consisting of:
1 Wiring Harness 4740999
10 Tie Straps 6016076

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

This repair involves installation of an overlay wiring harness.
