Cruise Control Relay: Description and Operation

Relay is mounted in Power Distribution Center.

FUNCTION

Relay supplies battery voltage to speed control servos.

OPERATION

When speed control is engaged the PCM receives an input from speed control ON switch. In response to the input, the PCM grounds (energizes) the relay. When energized the relay provides battery voltage to the speed control vacuum and vent servos.
