Wipers Do Not Operate In Intermittent Mode

1. Check terminal voltage at steering column switch connector terminal 3.
2. If voltage is 0 volts, check intermittent wiper relay or wiper switch.
3. If voltage is 12 volts, Check intermittent wiper relay.
4. If voltage alternates from 0 to 12 volts, system is operating normally.
