Automatic Transmission/Transaxle: Description and Operation

The Mitsubishi F3A22 F4A33, W4A33 and KM176 are fully automatic four-speed electronically controlled transaxles. These transaxles are used on Eagle Summit sedans with 1.6L/4-98 non-turbo engine, Eagle Talon, Plymouth Laser and Dodge Stealth.
