Heated/Cooled Cupholder - Removal

REMOVAL

Special Tools:






NOTE: Take the proper precautions to protect the center floor console from cosmetic damage.





1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the shifter bezel from the center floor console Floor Console - Removal.
3. Using Trim Stick (2) or equivalent, carefully disengage the retaining clips that secure the center console bezel (1) to the center floor console and remove the bezel.





4. Remove the six screws (1) that secure the shade door (2) to the center floor console (3) and remove the door.





5. Using Trim Stick (3) or equivalent, carefully disengage the retaining clips that secure the heated/cooled cupholder assembly (1) to the center floor console (2).





6. Disconnect the console wire harness (4) from the cupholder connector (3) and remove the heated/cooled cupholder assembly (1) from the center floor console (2).
