B157C-SATELLITE REGION MISMATCH - REST OF WORLD

- When Monitored:
Continuously with the ignition on and the radio turned on and set to satellite mode.

- Set Condition:
This DTC will set if the radio country code is not set to US or Canada and the satellite module is present.





1. CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
1. Turn the radio on and place it in satellite mode.
2. With the scan tool, read the radio DTCs.

Does the scan tool display active: B157C-SATELLITE REGION MISMATCH - REST OF WORLD?

Yes

- Go To 2

No

- Test Complete.

2. CHECK THE RADIO
1. With the scan tool, verify the radio is programmed for the proper country code.

Does the scan tool display a country code of other than US or Canada?

Yes

- Replace the radio. Procedures.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.

No

- Verify the vehicle configuration.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
