CHARGE AIR COOLER





1. Remove upper radiator closure panel (2)Upper Closure Panel - Removal
2. Remove the upper charge air inlet tube (4) from the charge air cooler and the inlet elbow (5).






NOTE: ILLUSTRATION SHOWN WITH FASCIA REMOVED FOR CLARITY.

3. Remove the lower charge air outlet tube (3).
4. Remove charge air cooler mounting bolts (5).
5. Remove charge air cooler (4).
