Primary Thermostat

PRIMARY THERMOSTAT - TURBOCHARGED ENGINES





1. Partially drain the cooling system Service and Repair
2. Remove the air filter housing Air Cleaner Body - Removal
3. Disconnect coolant hose (1) from thermostat housing housing (2).
4. Remove thermostat housing mounting bolts (4) and remove thermostat.
5. Clean the mounting surfaces.
