- When Monitored:
Continuously with the ignition in the Run or Accessory position.

- Set Condition:
When the Electronic Booster Gauge (EBG) detects an incorrect message from the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM).





CHECK FOR TIPM CAN BUS DTCS
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read TIPM DTCs.

Are there any TIPM CAN BUS DTCs present?

Yes

- Testing and Inspection and perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure.

No

- Using the wiring diagrams as a guide, check all related splices and connectors for signs of water intrusion, corrosion, pushed out or bent terminals, and correct pin tension. If no problems are found, replace the EBG.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
