Charge Air Cooler

CHARGE AIR COOLER





1. Position charge air cooler to mounting location.

NOTE: When lowering radiator, make sure lower radiator pins engage properly through charge air cooler tabs.

2. Install radiator Radiator - Installation.
3. Install fasteners attaching charge air cooler to radiator. Tighten fasteners to 8 Nm (70 in. lbs.).
4. Install radiator fan Radiator Fan - Installation.
5. Connect charge air cooler hoses. Tighten hose clamps to 1.7 Nm (15 in. lbs.).
6. Install front bumper Installation.
7. Install front bumper fascia Front Fascia - Installation.
8. Install upper radiator closure panel and center brace Installation.
9. Install battery tray and battery Battery - Installation.
10. Connect positive battery cable.
11. Connect negative battery cable.
12. Install air cleaner housing Air Cleaner Housing - Installation.
13. Fill cooling system Service and Repair.
