System Specifications

Timing Belt Interval
Using the alien wrench to prevent the top plate from moving, torque the tensioner lock bolt to 25 Nm (220 inch lbs.). Setting notch and spring tang should remain aligned after lock bolt is torqued.





Crankshaft damper bolt
Tighten to 136 Nm (100 ft. lbs.)

Timing Belt Cover - Front Upper and Lower-Bolts 6 Nm (50 inch lbs.)
Timing Belt Cover - Rear
M6 Bolts 12 Nm (105 inch lbs.)
M8 Bolts 28 Nm (250 inch lbs.)

Vibration Damper
Tighten bolt to 136 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
