This symptom is diagnosed using the symptom ANTENNA FAILURE.

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The COP timer is not reset by the microcontroller every 65.5 milliseconds

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- SKIM internal DTC failure
