TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test BUS BIAS LEVEL TOO HIGH.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- CCD BUS (+) CKT short to ground
- CCD BUS (+) CKT short to voltage
- CCD BUS (-) CKT short to ground
- CCD BUS (-) CKT - PSHT/VOLT short to voltage
- CCD IC bus bias high/low
- CCD PCM bias high/low
- CCD CAB bias high/low
- CCD airbag control module bias high/low
- CCD skim bias high/low
- CCD TCM bias high/low
- Defective BCM-BUS too high/low
