If a customer reports significantly more window cranking effort or significantly slower power window operation and it has been determined that the system is working as designed. The following procedure can be performed to help ease the cranking efforts by lubricating the glass run weatherstrip.

1. Roll the window all the way down.

2. Apply Mopar Weatherstrip Lubricant (p/n 04773427) to the entire length of the vertical sections of the glass run weatherstrip flocked lips.

3. Cycle the glass up and down at least 10 times.
