WHEN MONITORED
Continuously when the ignition is on.

SET CONDITIONS
If the ACM cannot detect the ACM to MIC warning lamp (on & off) message on the PCI bus for 5 consecutive seconds.

THEORY OF OPERATION
The ACM sends a warning lamp (on & off) message to the MIC once every second. If the ACM determines it cannot communicate its warning lamp (on & off) message on the PCI bus for 5 consecutive seconds, the code will set.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Any CCD bus failure (may be viewed in stored codes once bus is repaired)
- Faulty airbag control module
