Right Seat Heat Output Shorted to Ground

WHEN MONITORED
Ignition on.

SET CONDITION
Immediately set during the right heated seat operation.

THEORY OF OPERATION
The MHSMM has short circuit protection for the heated seat output. If the output is shorted to ground the module will shut off the output and set this code. The seat heat request will be ignored for 30 seconds. If the short condition is removed the module will function as designed.

PROBABLE CAUSE
- Heated seat element failure (resistance value)
- Right seat heater B (+) driver ckt shorted to ground
- MHSMM failure
