Right Mirror Vertical Sensor Out of Range Low

WHEN MONITORED
Ignition on.

SET CONDITION
Immediately set.

THEORY OF OPERATION
The mirror motors have potentiometers/sensors attached to them, when the mirror moves a potentiometer value charges. The potentiometers are designed to operate within a window of values. Any values outside of the normal will cause a code to be set. Therefore, when the mirror sensor feed back to the MHSMM is greater than the mirror sensor out of range low value stored in EEPROM, a code will be set.

PROBABLE CAUSE
- Mirror motor failure (value)
- Right mirror vertical position signal ckt shorted to ground
- MHSMM failure
