The electronic ignition coil pack attaches to a bracket mounted on top of the cylinder head cover Fig. 10.

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect electrical connector from coil pack.
2. Remove nuts holding ignition coil mounting bracket to engine.
3. Remove bracket and coil pack.
4. Remove nuts holding coil pack to bracket.
5. Remove coil pack from bracket.
6. Transfer spark plug cables to new coil pack. The coil pack towers are numbered with the cylinder identification. Be sure the ignition cables snap onto the towers.
